I have something exciting for you! I am offering a 21 day group to NEW Challengers only! What does this mean? Well, it means that you have not previously participated in any of my 30 day groups and also do not currently own a Beachbody program. This is for people who are serious about losing 10-50 pounds and about following a set plan. I will be putting a lot of time and energy into helping those who are chosen to meet their goals one-on-one and as a group, so I want to be sure those who are chosen are dead serious about meeting their goals and working hard to meet them.
This is going to be a 21 day group that begins June 29 and runs through July 19. It will be held in a CLOSED group setting on Facebook, and I will also be working with each person one on one. As I said before-there will only be TEN chosen to participate! You will workout to a fitness program that is proven to work, replace one meal per day with a daily dose of dense super food meal and for the rest of the day follow a specific meal plan that is healthy and realistic! The results below are from others who have done the program, and got amazing results!
Those who are chosen will be asked to post each day about:
1. Food eaten throughout the day
2. Workout done (yes or no) &
3. Super food meal eaten (yes or no)
Each participant will also be expected to encourage others in the group the way they would like to be encouraged and remain accountable with me through either email or Facebook Messenger.
That’s it! So simple right?! What would you say if I said you could lose up to 15 pounds in your first 21 days?? Crazy right? But with the right nutrition, exercise, and support, it is so doable! And it only takes 30 minutes a day! So who’s in??
